Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday — 10:00 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 18:00 CET
Format: Zoom video call (default). Microsoft Teams available on demand. WhatsApp call or message also available.
Cost: Free. This is an introductory "get to know each other" call. No billing, no commitment.

## How Booking Works

1. Client visits the booking widget (embedded on any BlackAI sister site or at booking.blackai.capital)
2. Selects a date (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday)
3. Sees available time slots (10:00-13:00 and 17:00-18:00, minus any existing calendar conflicts)
4. Chooses 30-minute or 60-minute duration
5. Fills in: name, email, organisation, optional message
6. Confirms the booking
7. Receives a confirmation email with the Zoom link and alternative contact options
8. The meeting appears on both calendars
